Description of services and catchment area

Please note that due to a shortage of staff we are only operating a limited service. We are able to see people who live in East Bristol, to be more precise, South of the M32, North of the River, and East of the new ring road, this includes areas such as St Judes, New Town and Old Market and those who live in Kingswood and Staplehill, even if you come under South Gloucester. We run sessions in Kingswood and Cadbury Heath, FFI Nicola on (0117) 378 9806 and Staplehill in The New Library Tuesday afternoon between 13:00 and 15:00. FFI ring Graham on (0117) 378 9809. If you attend one of the following GP surgeries we may be able to help you, they are Air Balloon, St Georges Health Centre, Fishponds Practice, Lodgeside, Wellspring, Lawrence Hill and Charlotte Keel. If you are not sure please 'phone us, you may need to have your post code handy. (0117) 378 9200. We run a drop in at The Old Bank on a Thursday morning between 10.00 and 12.30. We are only able to see the first three people, we therefore advise that people arrive at The Old Bank no later than 9.30 am.We also run a Debt ONLY drop in at The Old Bank on a Thursday evening 17:00 to 19:00 (DEBT ADVICE ONLY)
